Types of visits follows:
- Initial Visit - This is a 90-minute appointment. It includes a complete history, consultation, and treatment.
- Follow Up Visit - This is a 60-70 minute visit. It includes a review of your response to treatment and any necessary treatment adjustments.

Herbal Consultation - This is a 20-30 minute visit. It includes a consultation for herbal treatment.
- Herbal Prescriptions -
Payment is expected at the time of Service.

- Participating provider American Whole Health Network and American Specialty Network, includes Tufts, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, AARP, Harvard Pilgrim, BCBSNC and
others.
- Medical Insurance - I accept most insurance reimbursements. Please review your health plan's range of covered services or check with your insurance carrier to determine the extent of your coverage.
